Dining at The Clan MacDuff

We are so fortunate to be able to show you the wonderful views of Loch Linnhe and the Morven hills whilst you eat in our Restaurant or Lounge Bar. Both have large picture windows for you to take it all in, you may even be lucky to see otters playing in the water or a seals swimming by.

We serve delicious home cooked meals in both our Restaurant and Lounge Bar. There is definitely something for everyone from delicious West Coast Salmon to Highland Venison Burgers to traditional Haggis, Neeps and Tatties. Don’t worry we cater for all vegetarians, vegans, dairy free and gluten free and of course the wee ones. We can cater for other dietary requirements, but please let us know prior.

Both our Restaurant and Lounge Bar serve the same menu and have the same outstanding view. The Restaurant is open for breakfast (complementary – full cooked and continental buffet) between 7:30am-9:30am and for dinner between 6pm-8pm. The Lounge Bar is open till 11pm serving food from 6pm-8:45pm.

Please click here to see our menu that is available in both our Restaurant and Lounge Bar. We have a Daily Specials menu too which we keep a surprise until you arrive.

We have over 50 Malt Whisky’s for you to try from all areas of Scotland, from the well-known to the lesser, and of course Ben Nevis (which is distilled 4 miles away from the hotel). We also have a Whisky tasting tray, which allows you to try 4 different Malt’s for the main Whisky areas of Scotland. Whisky in Gaelic reads ‘uisge beathe’ which translates to ‘water of life’.

We now carry 10 Scottish Gins (it is slowing growing, just need to find shelf space!) from all areas of Scotland. This has increased in popularity over the last few years with distilleries producing Gin whilst they wait for their Malt Whisky to mature. Next time you are here why not try a Lochaber Gin and Tonic whilst watching the sun set over the hills.

With the growing amount of micro-breweries in Scotland, we also stock a range of Scottish craft bottled beer as well as on tap. We even have our own MacDuff Larger brewed by Belhaven.
